Getting started

Your Evolution is invite-only for now. Your coach gives you an invite code (it starts with YE), which you enter after creating your account.

Sign-in

New email accounts are confirmed with a 6-digit code we email you. Forgotten your password? On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgotten your password?" and we'll email you a code. Check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived after a minute.

Apple Health

The app only reads Apple Health. To change what it can read, open the Health app, tap your picture, then Apps, then Your Evolution.

Your data

To download a copy of your data, go to Me, then Your data. To delete your account and everything in it, go to Me, then Delete my account. See the privacy notice for details.
